Which has a vast popularity among the developers over the Net....

Actually I'm not a programmer therefore I dont have any sufficient knowledge of that language...
but When I've started to programme in Visual Basic 6.0 I found it pretty simple and easy to use....

Visual Basic 6.0 has a full CD installation ISO of the size 700 MB... and also MSDN along with it...

I was thinking if there is any portable version of that tool. which works properly with complete functionality without any installation......

Wel, I'm pretty attracted by the windows apparance themes at the beginning of using the Windows.
But after several months the other OS appearance seems more attractive compared to Windows.
Therefore I've started changing my shell themes via every available programms over the Internet...

one of those attractive shell themes I like UBUNTU Linux theme...
There is two colours in this theme...
Light Blue and orange...
